There is a moment when an object quietly changes category. A receipt becomes a keepsake. A shell becomes a souvenir. A ticket stub reminds us later where we’ve been. Its usefulness fades, while something else takes its place. Keeping has very little to do with value, and almost everything to do with attachment to a moment in time.

Keeper boxes are individually hand-cast jesmonite, meaning subtle variations in colour, tiny air bubbles and surface markings are part of the material and make each piece unique, the lids are textured with tissue paper and each one forms unique folds and patterns.
Jesmonite is a water-based composite material made from natural minerals and an acrylic binder. It is solvent-free, low in VOCs, and has a smooth, stone-like appearance and durability.
Heavier than ceramic of a similar size, giving it a reassuring weight.
