What materials do you use?All pieces are hand crafted using solid sterling silver with some designs also made in solid 9ct yellow gold. Metals and gemstones are chosen for their longevity and ability to be worn and treasured over a lifetime.
Is your jewellery handmade?Yes, everything is made by Emily using traditional jewellery making techniques, working directly with the precious metals. Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations occur, making each piece unique.
Can I add charms to the Et al chain and Hold neck ring?Yes, those pieces were designed to evolve over time and can be worn alone or personalised with pendants and charms. All our charms are designed to slip easily onto both pieces, and should also fit most beads/ hoops /rings of your own. If you have a trinket you’d like to add that doesnt fit or doesnt have a ring, get in touch!
Will sold out pieces be retocked, how long will my order take to arrive?Items are made in small batches, if a piece is unavailable, Emily is working on restocking another small batch. Leave your email on the product pages to be notified when restocks arrive. Available pieces take 3-5 days to arrive.
