Shipping
Pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. If your order includes a made-to-order item, the lead time will likely be longer. If you need your order for a particular date, please get in touch before purchasing and I'll always do my best to accommodate.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. As customs policies vary between countries, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
I hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, it isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
unworn and in their original condition
returned in their original packaging
accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that seconds, samples, one-off sale pieces, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unless an item is faulty, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Care, Repair
Care instructions are displayed on product pages and also a printed card that comes with your order. Each piece is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day, developing its own subtle character over time. Natural marks and gentle wear are part of the life of the piece and reflect the way it is worn and lived with. However, if the piece becomes damaged or requires repair, please get in touch with a description and, if possible, photographs of the item. I'll be happy to assess the work and advise on the available options.
